At Cransley, we strive to fully prepare our students, through their education with us, for life in the modern world. The Senior School builds upon the firm foundations which have been laid further down the school, continuing to emphasise our nurturing ethos to produce well-rounded and confident young men and women, whilst ensuring that each child reaches their full potential academically.

Most of our pupils eventually take nine or ten GCSEs and our excellent results over recent years reflect the hard work and commitment of students and staff alike. We provide a broad and varied syllabus, with small class sizes and a structured careers programme to ensure that every need is catered for.

We encourage all of our pupils to be actively involved in the extra-curricular. Many of our pupils are members of the school sports teams with matches played regularly against local and independent school teams. Each year a number of pupils are selected to represent the region in various sports, with some even going on to represent the country. We also have a range of concerts and plays throughout the year which all pupils are welcome to take part in.

Preparation for life after Cransley is extremely important within the Senior School. Our Careers Programme prepares our students for the transition to post-sixteen study and our students are always given the support and advice they need to thrive in life outside the school.

Our Senior School remains a place where we aim to nurture the talents of each individual; striving to support every child in order to help them get the most out of their time at Cransley School.
